Shipping faq:
Do you ship Canada-wide?
Yes. We use Canada Post and E-Shipper to calculate the fastest and least expensive shipping option. Once you submit your order, you will receive an email as your purchase confirmation. We will then contact you with shipping options for you to choose from. We encourage overnight shipping when possible and can include a heat pack for a minimal fee if the weather is looking cold.
Can i pick up in canmore?
Yes! Local pick-up is available for FREE. We are doing our best to keep everyone safe during this pandemic. If you prefer contactless pick-up rather than in-store, please let us know and we will arrange this for you. Once you make your purchase, we will contact you to determine a date for pick-up. Our shop is located in the Bicycle Cafe at 630 Main Street in Canmore, Alberta. Parking is available at the front and back of the store.
How do I know my plants will arrive safely?
These plants are rare and precious, not to mention expensive, and so we want them to arrive to you in the best condition possible. For this reason we very carefully package and ship your order. If you have any concerns about your plants upon arrival please send us an email including pictures within 24 hours.
When will my order ship?
We ship Mondays and Tuesdays and will provide you with a tracking number once your parcel has shipped. It may take up to one week for us to fulfill all orders so please be patient. Orders are shipped out in the order they are received.
Does my plant require any special care when I receive it?
As you know, these plants love light, humidity, and fresh air so being wrapped up and shipped across the country in a dark box may feel a little overwhelming. It is normal for your plants to arrive with drooping leaves and potentially a little shipping damage (although we try our very best to prevent this). If you prepare properly for the arrival of your new plant and give it the conditions that it is likes (high humidity being most important unless otherwise stated in description), then it should bounce back within a few days. Give your new plant a good drink to start and place it in a warm corner with bright but indirect light. Please do not repot your new plant for a couple of weeks as this may cause additional stress to your new plant and delay recovery from the shipping process.
